Terms of service

CDL Bridge (“we”) is a driver placement service. We introduce vetted CDL drivers to US carriers and charge a placement fee. These terms apply to carriers and drivers who use the service.
The placement fee
The fee is a flat $1,000–$3,000 per placed driver, due only after a driver completes 30 days on the job. If a driver leaves before day 30, no fee is owed and we send a replacement candidate at no extra charge.
No visa sponsorship
We do not provide visa sponsorship. Every driver we introduce already holds US work authorization (citizen, green card, or EAD).
Our role
We screen and introduce drivers. The carrier makes the hiring decision and remains responsible for employment, FMCSA compliance, insurance, and operating authority.
Honest information
Drivers agree to provide accurate application details. Carriers agree to describe open roles truthfully. We can decline service if information is misleading.
